I was the listing agent on this one. Five bedrooms, seven baths, 6,353 square feet, built in 2019. A stunning home inside The Falls at Weddington with private lake frontage, a resort-style saltwater pool with a waterslide and spa, and community trails backing to the water.
The buyers were relocating to the Charlotte area. They needed someone who understood not just the house, but the community, the commute, the lifestyle. That is exactly what they got.
